Upcoming Price Changes Due to Tariffs

As a follow-up to our communication on April 23, 2025, we have shared your updated price list for stock products with your pricing contact, with pricing effective June 1, 2025.

Please update the pricing in your systems per the price list provided. Note that blanket orders can only be accepted at the new pricing.

Dear Valued Partner,

We want to thank you for your continued partnership with Promovision. Your support is truly appreciated, and we remain committed to delivering innovative products, dependable service and exceptional value.

As part of our ongoing efforts to respond to tariffs and evolving market conditions, we’d like to inform you of upcoming price adjustments.

  • Custom* lanyards, badge holders and badge reels will receive a 10% pricing adjustment via a temporary surcharge effective immediately. *This includes engineered-to-order (ETO) products.
  • Stock lanyards, badge holders and badge reels will receive a 10% pricing adjustment, via a temporary surcharge effective June 1, 2025.
  • Other product categories may also receive pricing adjustments via price changes, effective June 1, 2025, and in the future.

We’ve worked diligently to offset rising input costs through operational efficiencies, including exploring domestic manufacturing. However, many of our raw materials remain subject to various tariffs. In some instances, these tariffs are significant, and some SKUs will carry a temporary surcharge. This is a dynamic situation, but as of today, we expect they will be applied starting April 24, 2025. This will appear as a separate line item on your order acknowledgment and invoice.

To help ensure clarity regarding these updates, here are a few key notes:

  • All orders remain subject to Promovision’s acceptance and will be billed at the current published list prices, surcharges, and applicable terms at the time of processing.
  • We may limit order quantities based on historical purchasing patterns.
  • For blanket POs with releases scheduled after June 1, pricing may be updated to reflect these changes.
  • Please ensure that invoices are paid in accordance with the agreed-upon terms to avoid any impact on discounts, rebates, or distribution agreements.

Updated price files will be available soon, and you’ll receive an email with a link to access your specific files. We kindly ask that you plan any necessary system updates to align with the June 1st effective date.
